1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by 333okcom, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual products or promotions offered on the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 333okcom ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account.

333okcom reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration & Security

Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. 333okcom reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Accounts that fail to pass verification checks within the specified timeframe may have deposits, withdrawals, and betting activity suspended until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

333okcom accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) using the payment methods listed on the Finance / Wallet page. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or game logic, or any other technical vulnerability on the platform. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed from the player's account.
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support agents, other players in any community feature, or any representative of 333okcom.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

333okcom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC age or identity verification checks within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion submitted through the responsible gaming tools or via customer support.
• Extended account inactivity (no login or gaming activity for 12 consecutive months).
• A legal or regulatory requirement to close the account.

Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's request for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last used verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
